The MPC4 (Machine Protection Card 4-channel) is the computational core of the VM600 MPS. It digitizes dynamic signals from the IOC4T, performs real-time DSP filtering, integration/differentiation, order tracking, and compares results against programmable Alert and Danger thresholds. Supports SIL versions (SIL 1/2) for functional safety applications. Interfaces to RLC16 for relay expansion and to CPUM for networking.
