Working Principle
CP450C reads field analog and digital signals from rack-mounted I/O modules via backplane bus, converts raw sensor signals into engineering units, executes programmed PID and sequential logic cycles, and transmits control outputs to corresponding actuator I/O channels. Real-time process data is broadcast to operator stations and engineering stations over Vnet industrial Ethernet. Redundant paired CP450C modules maintain full real-time data synchronization; upon main CPU hardware failure, standby unit immediately takes over all control tasks without process disturbance.
