Material Composition

Housing: Aluminum alloy with heat dissipation fins

Power module: IGBT semiconductor device

PCB board: High-temperature resistant FR-4 substrate

Terminal: Tin-plated copper terminal

Structural Features

Adopts integrated metal housing with both heat dissipation and electromagnetic shielding functions.

Front panel is equipped with power, operation and fault status indicators and parameter adjustment components.

Power terminals and signal terminals are arranged on the side with clear partition for convenient wiring.

Internal IGBT power module and optimized heat dissipation structure ensure long-term stable operation.

Working Principle

It receives command signals from the upper controller, converts input AC power into three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage through PWM modulation and vector control algorithm, and drives the servo motor. At the same time, it collects feedback signals from the motor encoder to form three closed-loop control of current loop, speed loop and position loop, realizing high-precision motion adjustment.

Installation Requirements

Install vertically in the control cabinet with enough heat dissipation space reserved at the top and bottom.

Power cables and signal cables shall be wired separately, with single-end grounding of shielded cables.

Reliable grounding is required with grounding resistance less than 10 Ω.

The cable length between motor and drive shall not exceed the specification limit to avoid signal attenuation.

Usage Notes

Match the corresponding motor model and complete parameter tuning before first use.

Do not operate beyond the rated load for a long time.

Wait at least 5 minutes after power off for internal capacitor discharge before wiring operation.

Clean dust from the heat sink regularly to ensure heat dissipation effect.
