Working Principle

It converts input AC power into DC power through rectifier circuit, and then converts it into controllable three-phase AC power through IGBT inverter circuit to drive the servo motor. Built-in three closed-loop control algorithm collects encoder feedback signals for real-time output adjustment to achieve accurate speed and position control. It interacts with the upper controller through external signal interfaces to receive motion commands and feedback operating status.

Installation Requirements

Install vertically with at least 50 mm heat dissipation space reserved at the top and bottom.

Power cables and signal cables shall be laid separately with a spacing of not less than 100 mm, and the shielding layer shall be reliably grounded.

Ventilation and heat dissipation devices shall be equipped in the control cabinet to avoid excessive ambient temperature.

Strictly connect power, control and feedback circuits according to the wiring diagram to prevent equipment damage caused by wrong connection.

Usage Notes

Must be used with matching Yaskawa servo motor models.

Complete parameter configuration and no-load trial operation before operation.

Do not switch power on and off frequently to avoid impact damage to internal components.

Check regularly the tightening degree of wiring terminals and the patency of cooling channels. Reset operation after troubleshooting according to fault codes.
