Working Principle

It runs user control programs based on a real-time operating system, generates motor control commands through internal motion control algorithms, and outputs to drive the servo motor via power amplifier circuit. At the same time, it collects encoder feedback signals to form closed-loop control and ensure motion accuracy. It interacts with upper systems and peripheral devices through field bus interfaces to realize coordinated system operation.

Installation Requirements

Install on standard DIN rail, placed vertically with reserved heat dissipation space.

Power cables and signal cables shall be wired separately with single-end reliable grounding of the shielding layer.

The power supply circuit shall be equipped with circuit breakers and fuses of appropriate specifications.

Avoid condensation, corrosive gas and strong vibration in the installation environment.

Usage Notes

Motor parameter configuration and auto-tuning shall be completed during initial commissioning.

Do not block the cooling channel during operation.

Wait for internal capacitor discharge to complete after power off before wiring operation.

Check regularly the tightening condition of wiring terminals to avoid poor contact caused by looseness.
