Working Principle The three-phase asynchronous motor converts electrical energy into rotational mechanical energy, and the speed is reduced and the torque is amplified through the multi-stage helical gear train inside the gear unit, then output through the output shaft. The encoder installed at the rear end of the motor feeds back the real-time speed and position signals to the drive controller for closed-loop control. The holding brake engages when power is cut off to lock the motor shaft and prevent the load from moving.
