Working Principle

Long-distance field sensor analog signals transmit to front terminal block integrated surge protection circuits to suppress transient high voltage noise. Signals enter reinforced galvanic isolation transformers to separate field side circuit from controller backplane circuit, eliminating ground potential difference interference. Isolated conditioned signals feed into dedicated 16-bit A/D converters for each channel, converting analog values to digital data. On-board microprocessor completes bipolar signal offset correction, RTD resistance compensation, digital filtering and wire break fault diagnosis. Processed digital measurement data communicates with C200 main controller via backplane bus; fault diagnostic codes and real-time process values cyclically uploaded to Experion PKS control station for continuous process monitoring and closed-loop control execution.

Installation Requirements
