Working Principle:
The process signal enters through the universal input terminals. A precision 24-bit ADC converts the analog signal to digital. The microcontroller applies linearization tables (for TC/RTD) or direct scaling (for mA/V). The result is displayed on the 6-digit LED. The alarm comparator continuously checks the process value against two user-set setpoints. When a setpoint is crossed, the corresponding SPDT relay energizes or de-energizes. The 4–20 mA retransmission output mirrors the displayed value in real time.
