Working Principle:
The P0916JTOE operates on the standard force-balance principle. The key addition is the totally enclosed junction box that provides a weatherproof termination point for the 4-20 mA signal wires, power wires, and any relay output wires. All wiring enters through sealed cable glands into the junction box, where connections are made on a grounded terminal block. The junction box cover is sealed with a silicone gasket and locked with a stainless steel latch, creating a continuous weatherproof enclosure from the cable entry to the positioner body. This eliminates the need for a separate field junction box and reduces installation time and potential leak points.

Installation Requirements:
- Terminate all wiring inside the junction box — do not pass wires through
- Use minimum 18 AWG for signal wiring, 14 AWG for power wiring
- Torque cable gland nuts to 20-25 ft-lbs (27-34 Nm)
- Connect grounding wire to the junction box grounding bar
- Ensure drip loops are maintained on all cable entries
- Seal unused conduit entries with threaded plugs
