Structure Characteristics​

Working Principle​
The servo drive creates rotating stator field synchronized to rotor position from the encoder. Current magnitude sets torque, frequency sets speed, and position error correction drives the rotor to the commanded angle. Installation Requirements​
Install with correct shaft coupling alignment and permissible radial/axial load. Use shielded encoder and power cables. Set drive parameters for 100 W rating, 0.37 Nm and 3000 rpm before automatic tuning. Ground the motor frame and drive chassis to the same earthing system.
Usage Precautions​
Do not operate above rated voltage, current or temperature limits. Confirm encoder type before replacing an existing axis to avoid homing and feedback errors. Avoid mechanical shock to the encoder. Perform no-load direction test after any wiring, parameter or firmware change.
