Working Principle The servo drive receives motion commands from the host controller, and performs closed-loop calculation through the internal current loop, velocity loop and position loop. It outputs three-phase AC voltage with variable frequency and variable amplitude to the servo motor through the IGBT power inverter circuit. The motor encoder feeds back the real-time position and speed signals to the drive to form a closed control system, realizing precise control of motor position, speed and torque.

Installation Requirements

  • Install vertically on a rigid mounting plate with sufficient load-bearing capacity
  • Reserve at least 50mm clearance on top and bottom for cooling air flow
  • Use shielded cables for motor power and encoder connections
  • Separate power cables from control signal cables by at least 100mm
  • The drive chassis and cable shielding must be reliably grounded

Usage Precautions

  • Ensure the input power supply matches the drive voltage rating
  • Do not connect or disconnect motor or encoder cables while power is on
  • Set motor parameters correctly before the first run
  • Regularly clean the heat sink and fan filter to prevent overheating
  • Wait at least 10 minutes after power off before opening the cover to allow capacitor discharge
