Product Introduction:​ 32-channel mixed I/O module for KM Automation, interfacing to RCU over redundant RBUS A/B. Combines 16 configurable solid-state channels and 16 electromechanical relay channels.

Description
Solid-State Channels:​ Each individually software-configured as DI or DO. DI threshold >3 mA ON, <0.5 mA OFF, max 4 mA loop @ 24 V. DO high-side driver 1 A, short-circuit trip >1.4 A (command-reset), off-leakage 0.1 mA.
Relay Channels:​ 16 NC/NO relays. DC load 15–300 VDC up to 5 A at cos φ = 1 (5 A @ 24 V, 0.3 A @ 60 V, 0.1 A @ 300 V). AC load 15–250 VAC up to 2 A.
Bus Interface:​ 2 × 9-pin male D-Sub RBUS, RS485, galvanically isolated from logic.
Power Supply:​ 24 VDC (18–31.2 V), screw terminal 2.5 mm², 0.4–0.5 Nm, typical 8 W plus loop power.
Fail-Safe:​ HW fail-safe <65 ms, soft fail-safe 100 ms–65 s (default 6 s), outputs de-energize on comm loss.
Diagnostics:​ Over-voltage protection, loop monitoring, line-fault detection (solid-state only), self-test, online channel reconfiguration.
Mechanical:​ 355 × 158 × 87 mm, 1.35 kg, DIN T35 vertical, IP20.
Environment:​ -15 to +70 °C, 98 % RH, IEC 61131-2/ 60945 / IACS E10.
Applications:​ Machinery control, valve solenoid drive, alarm grouping, DP auxiliary I/O, PMS interlocks.
Notes:​ Relay lifetime limited by switched power; solid-state side needs short-circuit budget per channel; RBUS A/B must both be terminated in redundant mode.
