Working Principle
Dual-core ARM main processor runs isolated HMI visualization task and real-time PLC logic task in independent task partitions. Resistive touch layer collects operator touch coordinate input, transmits operation commands to PLC runtime for logic execution. CANopen, RS485 and Ethernet communication ports exchange real-time process data, setpoint commands and fault signals with servo drives, remote I/O modules and upper plant supervisory systems. TFT LCD refreshes real-time process variable screens, alarm windows and recipe parameter pages cyclically for on-site operator monitoring and manual intervention.
