Working Principle

The module receives output command data from the RX3i CPU through the backplane bus. The internal drive circuit controls the state of each output channel according to the command data, and switches the positive side of the load power supply to deliver current to field loads. Each output channel integrates electronic overcurrent and short circuit protection, which triggers protection action and reports fault status to the CPU when overcurrent conditions are detected. The module also monitors field side power status and reports power loss faults to the control system.
