Product Introduction:​ RH916XG is the alternate-keyed or alternate-cable-exit member of the RH916xx TA family for FBM242 and neighboring discrete FBMs. It carries identical electrical function to RH916TA/DD but is used where cabinet layout forces left-side or rear cable exit, or where project specification demands XG suffix for spare uniformity.

  • Channels: 16 to match FBM242
  • Field Voltage: 15–60 VDC / 120 VAC / 240 VAC
  • Features: Screw TA, fuse positions, shield clamp, external source barrier
  • Difference vs TA/DD/NC: Mechanical key, cable gland position, label color band
    Material Composition:​ Same glass-reinforced resin and tinned brass as other RH916 variants.
    Structural Feature:​ XG keyway blocks insertion of an FBM expecting TA base unless project retrofitted; prevents accidental cross-wire with analog TAs.
    Working Principle:​ Electrically transparent; passes FBM242 switch outputs to field exactly like RH916TA.
    Installation Requirement:​ Same DIN rail torque, separation and shielding rules as RH916TA.
    Usage Note:​ XG is not an upgrade or newer generation—it is a layout/suffix variant. Mixing XG and TA in one cabinet is fine only if each matches its own FBM order code.
