Working Principle

It receives command signals from the upper motion controller, calculates output current and voltage through vector control algorithm, and drives the servo motor. At the same time, it collects motor encoder feedback signals to form three closed-loop control of position, speed and current, realizing high-precision torque, speed and position adjustment. It communicates with the main controller and other drives through real-time industrial bus to realize multi-axis synchronization.

Installation Requirements

Install vertically in the control cabinet with at least 50 mm heat dissipation space reserved at the top and bottom.

Power cables and signal cables shall be wired separately to avoid electromagnetic interference.

Reliable grounding is required with grounding resistance less than 10 Ω.

The cable length between the motor and the drive shall meet the specification to avoid signal attenuation.

Usage Notes

Motor parameter identification and gain tuning shall be performed before first use.

Do not operate beyond the rated current and voltage range.

Check regularly for loose wiring terminals and clean dust from the cooling air duct.

Wait at least 5 minutes for capacitor discharge after power off before wiring operation.
