Working Principle:
The controller continuously monitors the generator’s voltage, frequency, and engine parameters via analog and digital inputs. When mains power fails (detected via digital input or under-voltage relay), the controller initiates a crank signal to the starter motor. Upon successful engine start, the controller adjusts the fuel solenoid to bring the engine to rated speed. The AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) function controls the exciter to maintain output voltage at the setpoint. All parameters are adjustable via the front-panel keypad or remotely via Modbus/CAN.
