Functional Features: Configurable software input filter for signal de-bounce. Output short-circuit and overheat protection. Output fault monitoring with 10ms delay. 1-wire wiring reduces wiring quantity. Coated version X20cDM9324 is available for harsh environment.

Application Scenarios: General machine automation, conveyor control, sensor signal collection, solenoid valve driving, small relay control.

Material Composition: Flame retardant plastic housing, signal PCB, FET power switch, opto-isolation components, LED indicator.

Structural Characteristics: Slice modular design, DIN rail mounting, match X20 terminal block X20TB12.

Working Principle: Collect digital on/off signal from field sensors and transmit data to CPU via X2X Link. Receive control command from CPU and switch output channel to drive field actuators.

Installation Requirements: Install on X20 bus base module such as X20BM11 or X20BM15. Use matching X20TB12 terminal block.

Usage Notes: Do not exceed total 2A output current. Inductive loads need to consider freewheeling protection. Use coated model under condensation condition.
