Working Principle

The internal integrated processing unit exchanges data with PLC and control systems via Ethernet, serial and USB interfaces. It receives equipment status, alarm signals and process parameters from the controller, and renders visual data on the display. Operators input parameter adjustments, mode switches and equipment commands through the resistive touchscreen, which are transmitted back to the control system. The CompactFlash card stores application programs, project configurations and recipe data. The entire unit dissipates heat passively through the housing without forced air circulation.
