Description

Technical Specifications

  • Rated operational current: 112A (AC-3 category, 400V)
  • Rated insulation voltage: 690V AC
  • Coil voltage: standard 230V AC 50/60Hz
  • Number of main poles: 3 poles (normally open)
  • Auxiliary contacts: configurable with add-on contact blocks

Functional Features

  • High electrical and mechanical service life for frequent switching operations
  • Low power consumption coil design for energy saving
  • Arc extinguishing chamber with grid structure for fast arc quenching
  • Modular accessory system for auxiliary contacts, surge suppressors and other extensions
  • Wide operating voltage range for stable operation under grid fluctuations

Application Scenarios

  • Three-phase asynchronous motor start and stop control
  • Power distribution system load switching
  • Compressors, pumps and fan drive control
  • Conveyor systems and production line power control

Performance Parameters

  • Mechanical life: up to 10 million operations
  • Electrical life: up to 1 million operations under AC-3 category
  • Coil operating range: 85% to 110% of rated coil voltage
  • Ambient operating temperature: -5°C to +40°C

Material Composition

  • Housing: heat-resistant thermosetting plastic material
  • Main contacts: silver-based alloy material for arc resistance
  • Coil: enameled copper wire with high temperature insulation
  • Iron core: laminated silicon steel sheet for low magnetic loss

Structural Features

  • Integral enclosed structure to prevent dust intrusion
  • Modular design allowing direct mounting of auxiliary contact blocks on the top
  • Standard DIN rail mounting and screw mounting dual options
  • Clear contact status indication window on the front

Working Principle When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force attracts the armature to close, driving the moving contacts to connect with the static contacts, thus turning on the main circuit. When the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature resets under the action of the return spring, separating the contacts and disconnecting the circuit. The arc generated during contact switching is quickly extinguished through the arc extinguishing chamber to protect the contacts.

Installation Requirements

  • Install on a flat surface with standard 35mm DIN rail or fixed screws
  • Keep the contactor in a vertical position with the terminal side facing down as recommended
  • Select cables with appropriate cross-sectional area according to the rated current
  • Tighten the terminal screws to the specified torque to avoid overheating
  • Reserve enough space around for heat dissipation and maintenance

Usage Precautions

  • Do not use the contactor beyond its rated voltage and current specifications
  • Regularly check the contact wear and replace the contact module when the wear limit is reached
  • When used in inductive load circuits, it is recommended to install surge suppression accessories
  • Do not open the arc extinguishing chamber when the circuit is energized
  • The coil voltage must match the control power supply to avoid coil burnout
