Functional Features

Instantaneous action characteristic, switching synchronously with main contacts.

Screw-type wiring terminals with reliable connection and strong anti-vibration ability.

Modular design, directly installed on the side of the contactor without additional tools.

Contacts are made of silver alloy material with good conductivity and long electrical life.

Compatible with ABB EH and EK full-series contactors for flexible expansion.

Application Scenarios

Widely used in industrial power distribution systems, motor control circuits, automation control cabinets and other scenarios. Cooperating with contactors to realize functions such as operating status feedback, interlock control, signal indication and auxiliary loop on-off, applicable to industries such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and manufacturing.

Material Composition

Housing: Flame-retardant engineering plastic

Contact material: Silver alloy

Conductive part: Tin-plated copper

Spring: Stainless steel spring

Mounting buckle: Reinforced engineering plastic

Structural Features

Adopts flame-retardant engineering plastic housing with excellent insulation performance.

Internal contact adopts bridge structure with silver alloy contact material and low contact resistance.

Side is equipped with mounting buckle and positioning pin for precise docking with the contactor body.

Clear contact number marks on the top for easy wiring identification.

Working Principle

It acts synchronously with the main contact of the contactor. When the contactor coil is energized, the armature pulls in and drives the auxiliary contact to link: the normally open contact closes and the normally closed contact opens. When the contactor coil is de-energized, the contact returns to the initial state under the action of the return spring, so as to realize on-off switching and status feedback of the control loop.

Installation Requirements

Install at the designated mounting position on the left side of the contactor, and buckle tightly to ensure synchronous action.

Use a screwdriver of corresponding specification for wiring and tighten the screws with specified torque to avoid virtual connection.

Confirm the installation direction and contact configuration during multi-module expansion to avoid interference.

Usage Notes

Do not use beyond the rated voltage and current range.

Avoid use in environments with corrosive gas, high dust and condensation.

Check regularly for oxidation and burning of contacts, and replace in time when severe.

Installation and maintenance shall be performed in power-off state to prevent electric shock risk.
