Working Principle

The board receives speed or torque command signals from the host controller, performs PID calculation against motor current and speed feedback signals, and outputs corresponding control voltage to the SCR firing board to adjust thyristor conduction angle, achieving closed-loop control of DC motor armature current and speed. Built-in protection logic quickly blocks output during overcurrent, overspeed and other faults.

Installation Requirements
  • Install in the corresponding slot of the AutoMax drive control rack
  • Route power cables and signal cables separately to avoid interference
  • Ensure reliable connections for current feedback loop wiring
  • System grounding complies with drive system grounding specifications
Usage Precautions
  • Parameter commissioning must be performed step by step to avoid system oscillation
  • Inspect feedback signal wiring periodically to prevent loose connections and loss of control
  • Do not disconnect feedback circuits while the motor is running
  • Troubleshooting must be performed by professional drive engineers
