Structural Features

Working Principle

Adopts AC-DC-AC frequency conversion topology. Input AC power is converted into DC power through rectification and filtering, and then output three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage through IGBT inverter module to drive the servo motor. Through three closed-loop vector control algorithm of current loop, speed loop and position loop, combined with encoder feedback signals, it realizes high-precision and high-dynamic motor control. Built-in protection circuit monitors operating status in real time and cuts off output immediately with alarm in case of fault.

Installation Requirements

Install on a solid control cabinet mounting plate to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity.

Reserve sufficient heat dissipation space around, with no obstruction at air inlet and outlet.

Power cables shall match high-current specifications, and wiring terminals shall be tightened with specified torque.

Reliable grounding is mandatory with grounding resistance less than 4 Ω.

The control cabinet shall be equipped with ventilation and heat dissipation system to control the ambient temperature within the allowable range.

Usage Notes

Strictly prohibit operation beyond rated voltage and current.

Check the cooling fan regularly and replace it in time when faulty to avoid overheating damage.

Wait at least 10 minutes after power off for bus capacitor fully discharge before maintenance operation.

Check regularly whether high-current terminals are heated or oxidized, and deal with poor contact problems in time.
