Working Principle:
silicon resonant sensing element vibrates at a frequency proportional to applied pressure. Pressure changes alter the stress on the silicon diaphragm, shifting the resonant frequency. This shift is digitized and converted to a 4–20 mA output with HART communication superimposed.
