Working Principle

Three-phase AC current from the servo drive generates a rotating magnetic field in the stator windings, driving the permanent magnet rotor to rotate synchronously. The encoder feeds back rotor position and speed in real time to achieve closed-loop servo control.

Installation Requirements

Ensure coaxial alignment during flange mounting; avoid excessive radial and axial load on the shaft; use shielded power and feedback cables with single-end shield grounding; connect motor ground terminal reliably.
