Installation Requirements
- Install on standard 19-inch industrial DIN rack cabinet with minimum 20 mm vertical clearance above and below unit for heat dissipation
- Cabinet ambient temperature must not exceed 50 °C; external forced cooling fan required for continuous operation above 45 °C
- Connect chassis grounding lug to cabinet protective earth with 4 mm² copper wire
- Input wiring must use 1.5 mm² minimum cross-section insulated copper cables; output wiring minimum 2.5 mm² copper cables
- Maintain minimum 10 cm distance between unit and high-voltage frequency converters to avoid electromagnetic crosstalk
- Tighten terminal block screws to torque value 0.8 N·m using calibrated torque screwdriver
Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Disconnect main AC input power before opening enclosure cover for inspection or maintenance
