Structure Characteristics​

Working Principle​

The T-con receives LVDS video, generates row/column timing and drives TFT pixels through source/gate drivers. Each pixel transmits backlight according to 8-bit gray data. The CCFL inverter supplies high-voltage AC to the lamps; the light guide distributes uniform illumination through the IPS liquid-crystal layer.

Installation Requirements​

Use 12 V regulated logic supply and a matched CCFL inverter with 6-lamp output. Connect 30-pin LVDS with correct channel/polarity; confirm 2-port 8-bit mapping. Mechanically fix using side M3 holes; avoid bending the TFT glass. Provide EMI shielding for LVDS and inverter wiring.

Usage Precautions​

CCFL inverter output is high voltage; service only with power off and capacitors discharged. Do not exceed 12 V logic or lamp voltage/current ratings. Operate within 0 °C to 50 °C; storage limits are not operating limits. Replace inverter/lamps together if brightness becomes uneven. Avoid pressure on the panel surface and contamination of the LVDS connector.
