Working Principle

Installation Requirements

  1. Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail inside sealed industrial automation control cabinet
  2. CAN bus trunk line must use shielded twisted pair communication cable, enable built-in terminal resistance only on bus start and end modules
  3. Field sensor analog signal wiring adopt shielded cable, separate routing from high-current power and motor wiring
  4. Provide stable 24V DC ripple-free power supply to module power input terminals
  5. Maintain minimum 5mm horizontal gap between adjacent CAN bus modules for passive heat dissipation

Operation Precautions

  1. Do not reverse CAN-H and CAN-L bus differential line wiring, will cause entire CAN bus network communication interruption
  2. Adjust DIP switch baud rate and node address only after cutting off 24V DC module power supply
  3. Do not connect AC voltage signal to analog input terminals, will burn internal ADC conversion circuit permanently
  4. Ambient operating temperature exceeding +65°C will increase analog measurement drift error
  5. Periodically inspect field sensor cable shielding layer grounding to suppress industrial frequency electromagnetic interference
