Working Principle

When the controller receives an operation command, it initiates the ignition sequence: it opens the gas solenoid valve and outputs a high-voltage ignition pulse to the ignition electrode. After successful ignition, the ionization electrode detects the micro-current generated by the flame to confirm combustion status. During normal operation, the controller continuously monitors the flame signal. If flame loss is detected, it immediately cuts off the gas supply and triggers an alarm or restart sequence according to the configured mode. The built-in safety logic ensures reliable gas shutoff under fault conditions to prevent safety hazards.

Installation Requirements

  • Install in a location protected from direct heat radiation and vibration
  • Use shielded cables for flame detection and ignition circuits
  • Keep ignition cables as short as possible (maximum 5 meters)
  • Ensure reliable grounding of the burner and controller
  • Mount vertically with the cable glands facing downward
