    Working Principle:

    The electrodeless sensor uses two toroidal coils (drive and receive) immersed in the process solution. The drive coil is energized with an AC voltage, inducing an electric current in the conductive solution that flows through the aperture of both coils. This current induces a voltage in the receive coil proportional to the conductivity of the solution. The analyzer processes this signal, applies temperature compensation based on an integrated RTD sensor, and calculates the solution conductivity value.

  • Install the sensor assembly in the process line or tank using appropriate process connections
