  • Integrated aluminum heat sink for natural convection cooling
  • Partitioned layout between power and control sections for EMI suppression
  • Front-panel LED indicators for power, run and fault status

Working Principle The device converts input AC power into adjustable DC power through a phase-controlled rectifier circuit. The digital controller samples motor armature current, voltage and speed feedback signals, compares them with the setpoint, and adjusts the firing angle of the thyristors to regulate the output DC voltage and current. This closed-loop control structure ensures stable motor operation under varying load conditions.

Installation Requirements

  • Mount vertically on a rigid mounting plate with M4 or M5 screws
  • Reserve at least 50mm of clearance on the top and bottom for heat dissipation
  • Power cables and signal cables must be routed separately to avoid interference
  • Shielded cables are mandatory for encoder and control signal wiring
  • The protective earth terminal must be connected to the system ground with a conductor of at least 2.5mm² cross-section

Usage Precautions

  • All power must be disconnected before any wiring or maintenance work
  • Do not exceed the rated input voltage and output current for extended operation
  • Clean the heat sink and air vents periodically to prevent overheating
  • Do not touch internal circuits when the unit is powered on to avoid electric shock
  • Follow the fault code guide to locate and resolve faults before resetting the device
