Working Principle
The terminal boots an embedded OS from internal flash, runs the HMI application and optional IndraLogic PLC runtime, scans fieldbus I/O over PROFIBUS DP, exchanges variables with drives and higher-level PLCs, and renders process data to the TFT while accepting touch input.
Installation Requirements
  • Mount in cabinet cut-out or VESA arm with torque-specified brackets
  • Use 24 V DC supply meeting DIN EN 60742 / VDE 0551 (Rexroth VAP01.1 recommended)
  • Avoid sulfurous gases, acid mist, conductive dust, and high humidity
  • Keep clearance for rear backplane cooling
  • Ground metal housing to control cabinet PE
Usage Notes
  • Do not operate in corrosive atmosphere (H2S, SO2) without sealed enclosure
  • Screw closed the USB cap when unused to maintain IP65
  • Firmware download requires Rexroth CE Settings tool
