  • Working Principle:​ Each channel conditions the analog signal via instrumentation amplifier, digitizes via 16-bit ADC, and transmits data to the Control Processor over the redundant Fieldbus. HART FSK (Bell 202) modulation superimposed on 4–20 mA is coupled through to the HART interface without affecting analog accuracy.
  • Installation & Notes:​ Must be used with compatible termination assembly (check IOM-type). For HART, ensure loop resistance is ≥ 250 Ω (usually in transmitter supply). Do not mix voltage and current inputs on same module unless explicitly supported by configuration. Perform AI calibration via system software after installation.
