  • Verify supply voltage (VAC vs VDC) before powering.
  • For multi-cell analog summing, use proper junction box; for digital cells use Sartorius digital protocol.
  • Calibrate span with known test weights covering full range of use.
  • Set relay hysteresis/deadband to avoid chatter near setpoint.
  • Protect from conductive dust and moisture ingress — ensure panel cutout seal.
