Working Principle:​ The aluminum oxide sensor acts as a capacitor; the adsorbed water vapor changes the dielectric constant proportionally to the partial pressure of water; the electronics measure capacitance and compute dew point / ppmv using stored calibration curves; result is converted to 4–20 mA analog signal.
