Working Principle
Static weight of vibrating screen frame, screen media and mineral feed material applies uniform vertical compression load onto D100789 isolator. During screen operation, eccentric vibration motor generates cyclic reciprocating horizontal and vertical mechanical displacement. The composite rubber body undergoes continuous elastic compression and rebound to dissipate vibration kinetic energy into low-grade thermal energy via internal molecular friction. Embedded fiber reinforcement layers restrict excessive lateral rubber shear to avoid permanent component deformation. The isolator maintains consistent elastic stiffness across full operating frequency range to prevent resonance amplification, isolating nearly all vibration energy from transferring to plant concrete base and surrounding crushing equipment.
Material Composition
- Main Elastic Body: High-tensile natural rubber blended with carbon black anti-abrasion filler and anti-oxidant additives
- Internal Reinforcement Layer: Polyester continuous fiber braided textile insert embedded uniformly inside rubber matrix
- Top & Bottom Load Distribution Plates: 10 mm thick hot-rolled carbon steel plate with rust-proof black oxide surface coating
- Central Mounting Bore Liner: Seamless cold-drawn steel sleeve bonded integrally to rubber central hole to prevent bolt friction wear
Structural Characteristics
- Circular monolithic cylindrical rubber body with symmetrical top and bottom steel backing plates bonded via high-temperature vulcanization process
- Smooth central steel sleeve through-hole running full axial length of isolator for vertical bolt mounting
- Uniform circumferential outer textured anti-abrasion ribbed surface

Applicable Industries
Hard rock mineral mining processing, crushed stone aggregate production plants, sand and gravel washing screening lines, iron ore concentrator screening circuits, construction waste recycling vibrating screen equipment
Installation Requirements
- Position D100789 isolator vertically between screen moving frame and stationary base frame; align central steel sleeve bore with frame mounting bolt holes
- Install M40 grade 8.8 high-tensile alloy steel mounting bolt through central bore; fasten upper and lower lock nuts with calibrated torque of 320 N·m
- Arrange isolator units symmetrically at four corners of screen frame to evenly distribute total equipment static load
- Clear all mineral dust and debris from contact surfaces between steel backing plates and metal frame before installation to avoid uneven load concentration
- Maintain minimum 5 mm clearance gap around outer rubber circumference to eliminate contact friction between isolator and surrounding metal frame components during vibration
Usage Precautions
- Forbid operation if isolator rubber body shows visible radial cracking, steel-rubber delamination or permanent compression set deformation exceeding 5 mm
- Do not expose isolator to continuous contact with concentrated mineral acid, solvent or heavy oil lubricant; chemical contact breaks rubber vulcanization bonding
- Conduct quarterly visual inspection of all installed D100789 units for surface abrasion and crack formation during routine plant maintenance shutdown
- Replace all isolators on a single screen unit simultaneously if one unit suffers failure to maintain uniform elastic stiffness balance across full frame
- Avoid excessive overloading of screen feed material beyond equipment rated capacity; overload generates irreversible permanent rubber compression deformation
