Installation Requirements

  1. Install on fixed vibration damping bracket beside gas engine cylinder block, avoid direct contact with high-temperature exhaust pipeline
  2. All wiring terminals must use special high-temperature resistant generator cable, cable fixed with wire clip to avoid vibration friction damage
  3. CAN bus communication wiring adopts shielded twisted pair, shielding layer single-point grounding on engine frame
  4. Maintain ≥150 mm heat dissipation gap between module shell and engine high-temperature components
  5. Power supply line must be equipped with matched overcurrent fuse according to engine battery voltage specification
  6. After installation, calibrate crankshaft and camshaft signal phase before starting engine formal operation

Usage Precautions

  1. Do not disassemble aluminum alloy sealed shell without authorization, internal silicone sealing ring damage leads to water and dust entering circuit board short circuit
  2. High-voltage ignition output wiring must be insulated high-temperature cable, cable insulation layer damage causes ignition leakage and engine misfire
  3. Regularly check terminal wiring tightness every 3 months, engine vibration easily leads to loose terminals and poor contact
  4. Avoid washing module shell with high-pressure water gun during equipment maintenance, water penetration into internal cavity causes permanent circuit damage
  5. If engine misfire alarm occurs, first check ignition coil and wiring, then troubleshoot controller module
  6. Long-term shutdown storage requires disconnect battery power supply to avoid internal chip static power consumption damage
