Working Principle
Three-phase alternating current from servo drive generates rotating magnetic field within stator windings. Rare-earth permanent magnet rotor synchronously follows the rotating field to produce continuous rotational torque. The integrated absolute encoder outputs real-time rotor position and speed data to the servo drive for closed-loop position, velocity, and current triple-loop control. Embedded thermal sensors transmit winding temperature signals to trigger automatic derating or fault shutdown upon overtemperature.

Installation Mandatory Requirements
- Mount flange surface flatness tolerance ≤0.02 mm; use flat mounting gasket to eliminate axial vibration
- Shaft coupling radial runout ≤0.05 mm to prevent bearing premature wear
- Maintain minimum 10 mm clearance around motor housing for natural convection heat dissipation
- Torque M23 connector locking ring to specified 3 N·m tightening torque to retain IP67 sealing integrity
- Ground motor housing via dedicated PE protective earth wire to suppress EMC interference
Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Do not exceed 3-second peak overload torque duty cycle to avoid permanent magnet demagnetization
- Prevent chemical cleaning solvents from contacting shaft seal and connector rubber components
- Perform bearing lubrication maintenance every 8,000 operating hours under continuous high-speed duty
- Avoid prolonged storage at temperatures below -25 °C which hardens rubber sealing elements
- Disconnect drive power before detaching M23 connectors to prevent encoder circuit damage
