Working Principle:
Three-phase 400 V AC input is rectified to a 565 V DC bus. The IGBT inverter (8 kHz switching) generates three-phase sinusoidal currents for the servo motor. Three nested control loops (current 8 kHz → velocity 1 kHz → position 1 kHz) ensure precise motion. Encoder feedback (Hiperface/EnDat) provides position data. Sercos III or EtherCAT delivers trajectory commands from the B&R PLC.
