Working Principle:
Each channel accepts a 4–20 mA signal from a Bently Nevada-compatible eddy current proximity probe. The signal is proportional to shaft displacement relative to the bearing housing. The VM600MPC4 compares the measured vibration against four configurable setpoints per channel:

  • Alarm 1: Early warning — notify operator
  • Alarm 2: Urgent — require immediate attention
  • Danger: Pre-trip — initiate shutdown procedure
  • Trip: Immediate machine shutdown via relay output

Vibration is also RMS-converted and trended internally for long-term analysis.

Installation Requirements:
