  • Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • Industrial robots and assembly stations
  • Printing and labeling systems

Material & Structure

  • Sheet metal chassis with corrosion-resistant coating
  • Front panel with LED indicators and configuration port
  • Plug-in terminal blocks for power and signal wiring
  • Integrated power stage and digital control PCB assembly
  • DIN rail mountable design with optional panel mounting

Working Principle The drive receives motion command signals from a host controller, processes the commands through three nested digital control loops (current loop, velocity loop, position loop), and outputs pulse-width modulated power to drive the servo motor. It closes the control loop using real-time feedback from the motor’s position sensor to maintain accurate motion performance.

Installation Requirements

  • Mount vertically to ensure optimal natural cooling
  • Maintain minimum 50 mm clearance on all sides for airflow
  • Use copper conductors sized in accordance with IEC 60204 standards
  • Connect protective earth conductor before making power connections
  • Install in pollution degree 2 industrial environments only
  • Secure mounting via DIN rail or M4 panel screws

Usage Notes

  • Do not operate in wet, dusty or corrosive atmospheres
  • Disconnect main power and wait 5 minutes before performing service
  • Do not exceed rated voltage and current limits under any condition
  • Verify motor parameter configuration before enabling operation
  • Use shielded cables for all feedback and signal wiring
  • Perform periodic functional inspections to ensure long-term reliability
