Application Scenarios
Any machine needing certified emergency stop disconnect: presses, CNC, robot fences, assembly lines.
Working Principle
Both input channels closed → internal relay energized → safety NO contacts close to enable contactor coil → any channel opening or cross-short removes relay energy and drops safety outputs.
Installation Requirements
A1/A2 to 24 V DC. Emergency stop NC contacts in series on S11-S12 and S21-S22. Safety contacts in series with main contactor coil. Keep yellow safety wires separated from power wiring.
Usage Notes
Do not permanently short S21-S22 in dual-channel mode. Reset must follow machine risk assessment. Flashing fault LED indicates internal failure, return for service.
