Application Scenarios
5-axis CNC machining centers, semiconductor wafer handlers, laser cutting machines, optical alignment platforms, measuring machines.
Working Principle
Motion program or host command is parsed by the CPU → servo loop calculates position command every few tens of microseconds → analog or pulse output drives servo amplifier → encoder feedback closes the loop and corrects following error.
Installation Requirements
Mount on DIN rail or secure inside controller cabinet. Use isolated 24 V DC supply. Separate analog command cables from power cables. Cabinet ground resistance below 1 ohm.
Usage Notes
Firmware version must match the IDE. Never hot-swap flash media while powered. Do not short analog outputs to driver inputs.
