Working Principle:
Weight deflects elastic element, gauges unbalance Wheatstone bridge proportionally to load; signal conditioned by Ishida AD board at 1 kHz update for combination algorithm.

Installation & Wiring:
Bolt to hopper yoke with anti-rotation pins, no side load >3% F.S., shield to controller earth only.
Precautions:
Never strike with hammer; overload >120% F.S. causes permanent shift; washdown with <80 °C water, avoid chlorine soak >30 min.
