  • Working Principle:​ Continuously measures generator and busbar voltage/frequency/phase. When all three parameters fall within the adjustable sync window AND the computed breaker-closure time matches the deadband, a close-pulse is issued. Before closing, analog outputs nudge the engine governor and AVR to minimize deviation.
  • Installation & Notes:​ PT primary/secondary ratios must be correctly set via DIP switches or software. Ensure close-pulse duration matches actual breaker make-time (adjust pot). Do NOT use on systems with significant harmonic distortion without filtering. Phase sequence must be verified before energizing.
