Working Principle
CP7002-0001-0010 executes TwinCAT 3 real-time automation control programs to realize centralized multi-machine coordination logic and multi-axis servo motion control. Field production data, equipment alarm information and process parameter curves are visualized on front capacitive multi-touch TFT screen. Operators input production recipes, trigger machine start/stop and adjust process parameters via physical membrane keys or multi-touch screen. Control instructions are transmitted to field I/O terminals and servo drives through integrated EtherCAT master port. All production recipes, historical alarm records and system configuration files are stored on internal M.2 SSD with offline backup capability via rear microSD card slot.

Installation Requirements

Usage Precautions
