Installation Requirements

  1. Ensure screw shaft and actuator sliding block maintain absolute horizontal or vertical coaxiality during installation, coaxial error ≤0.02 mm/m
  2. Tighten flange fixing bolts of nut body according to specified torque value, avoid nut loosening under vibration
  3. Install matched protective cover outside assembly to prevent large ore blocks from direct impact on screw shaft
  4. Fill high-temperature resistant lithium-based lubricating grease through grease nozzle before formal operation
  5. Motor coupling coaxiality calibration must be completed before equipment trial run, offset causes screw shaft eccentric wear
