Working Principle
Industrial alternating current grid voltage enters internal EMI filter circuit to eliminate power line surge and high-frequency interference, then transmits to active PFC correction circuit to stabilize input power factor and suppress harmonic distortion. The corrected AC voltage is converted to high-frequency square wave via power switching MOSFET tubes, stepped down to 28 V DC nominal voltage through high-isolation transformer, then filtered by secondary LC filter circuit to output stable low-ripple DC power to control system loads. Real-time voltage, current and internal temperature monitoring chips continuously detect operating state; protection circuits cut power conversion channel immediately when parameter exceeds safe threshold and trigger ALARM relay fault signal output to upper monitoring system.

Installation Requirements
- Mount vertically on cabinet interior metal mounting plate with four rear M4 fixing screws
- Maintain minimum 30 mm clearance left and right of enclosure to ensure cooling fan airflow circulation
- AC input wiring must use 1.5 mm² cross-section copper wire with cabinet protective ground connection
- Adjust front panel voltage trim potentiometer to calibrate DC output to standard 28 V DC before connecting load equipment
- Wire ALARM dry contact terminals to upper cabinet PLC fault monitoring input channel for real-time power failure alert
Use & Maintenance Precautions
- Strictly prohibit DC output load current exceeding rated 9 A continuous full-load capacity
- Clean side panel fan dust filter screen every 3 months to prevent heat accumulation activating over-temperature protection shutdown
- Confirm AC input voltage selector switch matches local grid voltage before power-on operation; mis-setting burns internal power components
- Cut off AC input power supply before disassembling enclosure cover for internal inspection; internal circuits carry dangerous high AC voltage
- Do not install the power supply unit adjacent to heat-generating equipment such as servo drives and contactors
- Short-circuit test of DC output terminal blocks is prohibited; repeated short-circuit triggers permanent damage to secondary circuit chips
