Working Principle

Field analog voltage signals enter onboard signal conditioning circuits to suppress high-frequency interference, then pass through isolated 12-bit ADC conversion chips to convert analog voltage into 12-bit binary digital values. Installation Requirements

  1. Install only into standard 19-inch industrial VME 3U rack slots with UBUS backplane
  2. Insert card vertically until ejector latches fully lock front panel to avoid loose gold finger contact
  3. All analog signal wiring must use shielded twisted pair cables; shield layer single-point grounded at cabinet ground bar
  4. Maintain minimum 15 mm air gap between adjacent cards for heat dissipation
  5. Confirm backplane +5 V DC power output meets 12 W peak power supply capacity before power-on

Use & Maintenance Precautions

  1. Strictly prohibit input voltage exceeding ±15 V DC on analog terminals; overvoltage will permanently damage ADC chips
  2. Complete power-off operation before plugging/unplugging the board to prevent backplane surge current breakdown
