Precise Control: It can achieve precise open – loop and closed – loop control of position, velocity, and pressure for electro – hydraulic axes, using advanced control algorithms such as the PIDT1 controller.
Flexible Configuration: It has a variety of measurable input signals, including incremental or absolute (SSI) sensors, analog 0 to ±10 V and 4 to 20 mA, and a reference voltage of ±10 V. It also has voltage or current – controlled variable outputs and freely configurable controller variants, such as position controllers, pressure/force controllers, position – dependent braking, and alternate control (position/pressure).
Rich Communication Interfaces: In addition to the standard RS – 232 interface (with a data transfer rate of 9.6 kbaud), it also optionally supports interfaces such as PROFIBUS DP, CANopen, and Interbus – S, which is convenient for communication and integration with other devices.
Convenient Data Management: Data can be comfortably managed on a PC, and it has a user – friendly field – bus interface configuration with the help of the WIN – PED 5 bus manager.
